The house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. For larger groups, 2 additional single mattresses are available, allowing a maximum of 7 guests. The extra mattresses are placed in the living room and offer less comfort than the beds in the bedrooms.

The property includes 1 private parking space. There is also a public parking area above the house with a few additional spaces available.

The house also includes Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and all of its areas, including the indoor spaces, balcony, barbecue area, outdoor area, and private access to the beach.

Beach access is via a staircase leading directly to the property’s private deck, which features an outdoor shower for guests to use after returning from the beach.
