Casa MonteFlor was designed to provide comfort and tranquility after a day at the beach. It is a cozy home with an open-concept layout and a pleasant outdoor area for relaxing and enjoying time together.

The living room features a 3-seat sofa, two armchairs, and a 43-inch TV with local channels and access to streaming services using the guest’s own account.The dining area is integrated with the kitchen and has a table for 4. The kitchen also features a counter with two stools, as well as appliances, cookware, and utensils for use during your stay.
There are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and bed linens. The main bedroom has a double box bed, clothing storage, blackout curtains, and access to the outdoor area. The second bedroom has a double box bed, a single box bed with an additional pull-out bed, a wardrobe, and a clothes rack.
The bathroom has an electric shower and includes bath and hand towels for guests.The outdoor area features a private garden, a barbecue with sink, a table with chairs, and a fire pit. The space also offers a distant view of the sea.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and all of its areas, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, garden, barbecue area, fire pit, and parking.

There are no shared areas of the house during the stay.

The property is managed by Guia Hospedar (@guiahospedar), under the management of Daniel and Rayssa. During their stay, guests have access to assistance and support whenever needed.

Casa MonteFlor is located in Fazenda da Armação, Governador Celso Ramos, approximately 400 meters from the beach, where you’ll also find a pier used for schooner boat tours.

The area combines the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional fishing village with beautiful scenery, preserved nature, and easy access to several beaches.

Praia Grande, Bananeiras Beach, Cordas Beach, and Tinguá Beach are approximately a 5-minute drive away. Palmas Beach is about 10 minutes by car. Nearby Armação da Piedade is home to one of the oldest churches in Santa Catarina.

Governador Celso Ramos has more than 40 beaches, as well as hiking trails and various opportunities to enjoy nature.

For everyday convenience, there is a restaurant about 1 minute from the house, while a bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, ice cream shop, and snack bar are approximately 3 minutes away.
